About the Founder
Winsar Enterprise & Events Management was founded by Maria Wincie Sarmiento-Antonio, a passionate and dedicated event organizer born and raised in Iba, Zambales. Currently based in Marikina City, she continues to maintain strong ties with her hometown and nearby provinces, actively supporting local talent and community-driven events.
Her leadership is shaped by hands-on experience, strong industry connections, and a commitment to excellence. Through her vision, Winsar Enterprise has grown into a trusted name in event production, known for professionalism, creativity, and reliability.
